Honest staff — reset an electronic issue other shops would have overcharged for. Safe, clean space, chocolate candle scent, and open late past 6 PM when work ends.
Cracked screen and locked out. They pulled up a chair, put on a movie for me to watch, and had me out the door in 30 minutes.
Business partner’s laptop died mid-Zoom. Rushed to KK and secured a replacement HP and iPad Mini immediately. Saved the workday.
